We make it a point to plan every project, by dividing it into different milestones.
All the chosen projects that we are subject to handle will start with a complete analysis and proper creation of the work document and its scope.
This step is taken into consideration to ensure that both parties have a complete understanding of the task that needs to be covered. So, that eliminates any potential for project disputes, reversals, or cancellations later.
As you have time to procure every milestone and then complete each module, it is not possible for us to get you a refund for the task that we have already completed.
In case any project is terminated on a mutual basis, the client will have total control of the completed task. Any task for future developments will be void. However, none of the previous deposits or payment is refundable.
Once the client made it a point to approve the mock-up designs and we have moved already towards the development part of the project, none of the payment will then be refundable.
We don’t offer any sort of partial refunds for the projects in the middle of any milestone phase.
We will not provide any sort of cancellation for services presented by our marketing team on special occasions. These are considered limited-time offers and are not subject to cancellation.
All our digital marketing plans are non-refundable. However, the client has the liberty to cancel within a notice period of 30 days in advance.
We will not present any refunds on payments or deposit for projects, which have been abandoned or have been lying dormant for a period of 30+ days.
