If you are planning to get along with our services, adhering to some of our terms and conditions is the prime aspect of your side.

Once you approve the design content from your side, you won’t be able to make any further changes. Any extra change will be accepted on behalf of additional payment. It will also add more effort and time from our side.
Any form of delay in inputs or response might lead to a work hamper or delay in the final time span.
We work on the Force Majeure Clause, which is the non-performance note by Digital Mitro. There are some causes that can lead to an extension in the performance level as there might be some issues related to flood, fire, acts of God, restrictions or orders, governmental acts, and other reasons. All these points can extend the time span and we will fail to perform. But, it won’t be under our control.

Exclusions That We Have Made:

Our service charges will not consist of any expense that might be incurred on behalf of a client for purposes of Instagram promotion, Facebook Boosting, Google Ads, PPC, and more.
You have to provide all the credits for an account, to start and manage all your digital marketing campaigns.
Make sure to provide us with the necessary photos and information from your side.
You have to present credentials for all the gateways like SMS, payment, and Email.
You have to offer relevant information for the field of digital marketing as well.

The Art Of Protection:

If you are planning to procure services from our side at Digital Mitro, then you promise to not hold any grudge against the owners of this company, their principles, employees, officers, and contractors against any form of claim, action, suit, demand, or cost of any kind. This rule is applicable for the time we are working on your project.

The Legal Section To Consider:

You promise to use our services from Digital Mitro for lawful purposes only. Transmission of any material, which is in violation of State, National or Local Regulations are strictly prohibited from our side. This section will include copyrighted materials, legal material that is targeted as obscene or threatening, pornographic material, and material protected by none other than trade secrets or profane. This section will also talk about the connection or links to such materials.

Modifications Made To The Privacy Policy:

We have the right to change our privacy policy anytime we want. So, make sure to visit our pages from time to time to check out such updated information. For some added norms, connect with our Privacy Compliance Officer.
